Dolly’s Entertainment Services Terms and Conditions for Tour  (D. E. S.)

The fare is quote in UK Pounds (GBP,£).

• Bookings are not guaranteed until you have paid the full fare for your journey.
• A temporary booking can be made over the phone on 079600-20845 and would be kept for 7 days after which a non-refundable 40% deposit should be paid.
• Full payment should be made 4 weeks before the tour date, however spaces are guarantee on a first come first serve basis.
• Cancellation made before 4 weeks of the tour date will mean 60% of the purchase price.
• Cancellation made within four weeks of the tour date will mean no refund.
• Any customer needing a visa by D. E. S will have to pay for the cost of their trip before such arrangement can be made.  
• Cancellation after obtaining the visa by D.E. S will mean no refund of full payment.
• Please bear in mind that the visa and insurance fees are not refundable if for any reason you are not issued with the appropriate visa.
• Service charge for obtaining visa for customers is £7.99.
•  Additional charges of £5.00 would apply to any unforeseen events (e.g. changes and ticket validations etc).

I agree to be bound by these Tour conditions and the terms applicable to my tour(s).
I agree that the personal data, which has been provided to Dolly’s Entertainment Services in connection with this booking, may be passed to government authorities for border control and aviation security purposes.
