Please be aware that due to peak demands we will appreciate orders to be made earlier as it would be best to give us much notice as possible, in order for us to be able to assist you in the best way possible.
Terms and Condition for Hiring
Lessor - The person or business which grant a lease
Lessee- The person or business to which the lease is granted
1. The lessee hires from the lessor the goods specified, hereof for the period and at the hiring charge specified. Hiring charges covers a period of one day, unless by prior agreement for weekend hire.
2. The lessee agrees to utilise the goods only in the manner for which they are intended and not to tamper with or attempt to make repairs to the goods in whatsoever nature.
3. All goods hired shall remain on the premisis to which they were delivered and shall not be removed there for any other purposes nor shall the lessee lend or hire goods to a third party without the written consent for the lessor.
4. All goods excluding tablecloths, must be washed, dried and ready for collection or upon delivery on the date stated if washed was not paid for. Goods returned of collected unwashed will be charged a surcharge rate determined by the lessor.
5. Tablecloths must be dried before being returned. Any cloths returned to the lessor in a mildewed condition, stained, torn or cigarette burned, will be charge for full replacement.
6. If the goods are not return on the specified date by the lessee, the lessee agrees to pay half the daily hiring fee for the first day, and full daily charge for each day for a full replacement value.
7. The lessor shall be entitled access to any premises or function venue of the lesses for the purposes of quoting, delivering, inspecting and collection of hired equipment.
8. Any deposit made in advance to secure equipment will be at the lessors descretion be forfeited (in full), if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to the reserved date, and in (in half) if cancel before this period.
9. The lessee acknowledges that the lessor is given 7 days to check and test any goods brought back or collected by the lessor and is given a further 3 days to refund and deposit monies or part thereof.
10. Our staff do not set out tables and chairs or help with buffet or organising your function except agreed by the lessor as any extra work performed will be charged for per hour.
11. Identification will be requested for customers recieving goods and all goods must be checked by a responsible adult.
12. All discount offered, will only remain applicable if the lessee made full payment at the specified date. If the said invoice is not paid at the specified date, the the discount will be immediately reversed.
13. Charges for breakage or shortage either in transit or in use will be charge at 3 times the hiring charge
14. With the signature of the lessee on the invoice, means the lessee have read and acknowledge the aforegoing terms and conditions and have agrees to bound thereby and agree to pay the hiring rates, as well as any expenses incurred by the lessor or any Attorney's fees including collection charges, should an account be submitted to Attorneys for collection.
